- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wonderful experience for my daughter. She went in for her learner's permit today. Everyone was very professional & pleasant from the lady at the desk where you check in to Mr Connor who processed all the forms. He explained everything to my daughter in a calm manner. If you have all the correct forms, you are good to go. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any DMV in any state!By Ciera Osipenko, April 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Someone called my cell phone to leave what sounded like a very important message for someone who is not me. The fact that they were calling for a man, and a woman's voice with a totally different name was on the outgoing message is beside the point, apparently. The point is, I tried MY ENTIRE LUNCH HOUR to call the High Point DMV to let them know they'd called the wrong place, and it was 100% impossible to reach a human. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went this morning to renew my license and do my name change. The rude African American lady(light-skin, long nappy hair-&no I am not in my feelings, just what I saw)at the front desk would not accept my birth certificate with the damn seal on it. The one accepted everywhere else! BUT the kicker is, didnt need it any damn way! Went to another DMV and was handled with no problem! My whole point is the way she was so matter of the fact that I needed it, even when she knew it could have been handled with out it. (Was not there for the realID)Sorry, not sorry, but she has sorry ass customer service skills! My plan is to also contact her manager.
