  While everyone was friendly they were not trained and up to speed. I had to put my mother (who is a tax professional in TN) on the phone with them to finish my return. Then I was charged an outrageous amount and had to purchase insurance because I didn't feel confidence in my service. If you're trying to itemize or file another state tax don't go here

  We made an appointment ahead of time and came right at 10 as scheduled. The person at the front with a deer in the headlights look said "Oh, she didn't show up this morning." Hmm. By 10 in the morning, you'd think they could call and reschedule us before my husband and I brought all 3 kids in with quiet toys and crayons to keep them occupied. We decided to do the "drop off" method where we were told they would have it done by the time of our rescheduled appointment. I called before hand this time to make sure our appointment was good. It was a go, but no one had started on it yet. Wasn't it supposed to be mostly finished by this appointment? Thankfully the guy who actually met with us got started right after I got off the phone with him. Like the other reviewer said, the people are nice but this was a very unprofessional experience.
