  The price you get quoted will not be the price you get. They'll inch up their pricing every month. I moved to ADP years ago from Paychex because of this persistent problem. Then a rep came by the store and I told him my concerns and he said he wouldn't happen but he was wrong. After 3 months in, it started and I really don't have time to fight to get what they said they would do. So, I moved back to my old service. What a hassle.

  Worst Paroll service and HR services ever used. My advice stay away. They will never take responcibility for anything and will blame you. If you need to talk to a manager on duty they are never available. Paychex will found exscuses not to pay any fines by their mistake. Just horrible horrible service and Company!
